    • Public/social info: details you make public or send via LinkedIn or similar.

    • Provide services & communicate (perform a contract).

    • Quotes, proposals, portfolio approvals (legitimate interests/consent).

    • Operate, secure, and improve the site (legitimate interests).

    • Billing & compliance (legal obligations).

    • Marketing updates—only with consent; you can opt out anytime.

 

  • AI & confidentiality

    • I sometimes use professional AI tools to ideate or produce assets.

    • I do not upload your confidential materials to public AI models without your written permission.

    • I minimise or anonymise prompts and use enterprise features where available.

    • You may opt out of AI use for your project by emailing me.

 

  • Portfolio use

           I value discretion. I may showcase final work (and high-level outcomes) in my portfolio only with your prior consent or as allowed by contract/NDA. You can request                   removal at any time where contractual rights permit.

  • Sharing your data

    • I don’t sell your data. I share it only with:

    • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment, storage, project tools) under confidentiality and data-processing terms;

    • Professional advisers (legal/accounting) if needed;

    • Authorities when legally required;

    • Business change (if I reorganise my sole-proprietor activities, your data may transfer with appropriate safeguards).

           My providers may process data in other countries. I use reputable vendors and, where required, rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

    • Project files: typically 24 months after completion unless agreed otherwise.

    • Invoices & tax records: up to 7 years (or as required by law).

    • I delete or anonymise data when it’s no longer needed.

    • Inquiries & proposals: up to 24 months.

          I use reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, encrypted storage where available, least-privilege practices). No system is 100% secure.

  • Your rights

           

           Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email

  • Children

           

          My services are not directed to individuals under 16. I do not knowingly collect children’s data.

  • Do Not Track

         

          There is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals; my site may not respond to them.

          My site may link to external sites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

  • Changes
